This Privacy Policy explains what information Wrendit collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Wrendit, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

• Account information: your email address, and (if you sign in with Google) basic profile information from Google.
• Content you submit: the resume text/files and job descriptions you provide, and the application materials generated for you.
• Usage data: how many packages you generate, your plan, and basic technical logs needed to operate and secure the Service.
• Billing data: handled by our payment provider — we do not store your card details (see “Payments” below).

2. How we use your information

• To generate your tailored application materials;
• To operate, secure, and improve the Service;
• To enforce usage limits and manage your subscription;
• To send essential account and transactional emails.

3. AI processing

To generate your materials, the resume and job-description text you submit is sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, for processing. Please avoid including sensitive personal data you would not want processed (for example, national ID numbers). You are responsible for the content you submit.

4. Service providers we use

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting;
• Anthropic — AI generation of your materials;
• Paddle.com Market Limited (Paddle) — payment processing as Merchant of Record;
• Resend — sending transactional emails;
• Vercel — application hosting.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited as our Merchant of Record. Your card details are entered with and handled by the payment provider; Wrendit does not receive or store full card numbers.

6. Data retention

We keep your account and generated packages while your account is active so you can revisit them. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us, after which we will delete or anonymise it except where we must retain records for legal or accounting reasons.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

9. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will reflect changes by updating the “Last updated” date above.
