Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how Wrendit subscriptions are billed, how to cancel, and when you can request a refund.

1. Subscriptions

Wrendit Pro is a monthly subscription of $9, billed in advance each month. It renews automatically until you cancel. Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited.

2. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time — there is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you are not charged again. After that, your account returns to the Free plan (3 packages per month).

To cancel, use the cancellation link in your payment receipt/invoice from our payment provider, or contact us at za.zakariaeallali@gmail.com and we will help.

3. Refunds

If something isn't right, contact us within 14 days of a charge and we'll review your request. We generally offer a refund if:

• You were charged in error or charged twice;
• A technical problem on our side prevented you from using the Service and we could not resolve it;
• You cancelled but were charged for the following period due to a mistake.

Because each package consumes AI processing at the moment it is generated, refunds for a billing period in which you have already generated a large number of packages may be declined or pro-rated, at our reasonable discretion. Where required by your local consumer law, additional refund rights may apply and are unaffected by this policy.

4. How to request a refund

Email za.zakariaeallali@gmail.com with the email address on your account and the date of the charge. Refunds are issued through our payment provider to your original payment method, and the time to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

5. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
